Telephony Services Bandwidth (Carrier) - Inbound & Outbound Voice Incident

We are receiving downstream news that a major carrier, Bandwidth.com, is experiencing a major outage.

Monitoring - Bandwidth teams are currently investigating an incident impacting, Inbound and Outbound Voice, V2 Voice, Portals, and associated APIs. Customers may experience failed calls, portal & API latency, or time outs.

Once that situation is resolved, all should resume back to normal.
