Telephony Services Cloudflare (DNS/WAF Provider) - Issues with Magic Transit and BYOIP

We are receiving downstream news that a major DNS/WAF provider, Cloudflare.com, is experiencing a partial outage.

Cloudflare is aware of, and investigating an issue which impacts multiple Magic Transit and BYOIP customers. Further detail will be provided as more information becomes available. The issue has been identified, and service is in process of being restored. Partial completion.

Telephony Services 2600Hz (PBX System) - Resources cannot connect to network

We are receiving downstream news that a major phone system provider, 2600Hz.com, is experiencing a major outage.

We are investigating an issue where traffic seems unable to reach out networks. Initial indications are that our network itself is fine. But our DDoS service (CloudFlare) is not routing data to us. More info to follow.

Telephony Services Bandwidth (Carrier) - Inbound & Outbound Voice Incident

We are receiving downstream news that a major carrier, Bandwidth.com, is experiencing a major outage.

Monitoring - Bandwidth teams are currently investigating an incident impacting, Inbound and Outbound Voice, V2 Voice, Portals, and associated APIs. Customers may experience failed calls, portal & API latency, or time outs.

Telephony Services Inbound Calling Incident - Verizon Wireless

We are receiving downstream news that a major carrier, Bandwidth.com, is experiencing intermittent issues. Bandwidth is currently investigating an incident impacting inbound calls from Verizon Wireless to the Bandwidth network.

Inbound call traffic seems to be normalized and is behaving as expected.
